I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The super king-size bed was very comfortable, but the lack of windows in the room was a downside. The mattress on the bed was horrendous, with springs poking through, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff were so accommodating, from monitoring our late arrival to quickly fulfilling our requests. However, the receptionist who showed us to our room could have been more informative about the parking situation, which turned out to be on-street and not included.
